A 4-part workshop series exploring the critical transition to adulthood for 16-20 year-olds and how to create a plan for the future.
Join our 4-part workshop series that engages families in building knowledge when navigating this critical time for 16-20 year olds. This workshop series includes topics on: life transitions, valued roles in the community, visioning and planning, and navigating the systems.
Note: All four workshops must be taken consecutively.
