A trustee is a legally appointed individual or corporation who has the fiduciary responsibility to manage another person’s money. Trista D. Carey of Schnell, Hardy, Jones LLP Lawyers. Trista is a Senior Partner with Schnell Hardy Jones LLP, practicing in the fields of Estate Planning and Administration, Adult Guardianship and Trusteeship, Real Estate, and Corporate/ Commercial Law.
