MEDICINE HAT: We still have space for presenters for our upcoming Pride & Passions event. A collaboration between us and the Prairie Pride Guild of Medicine Hat and District, celebrating the intersection of autism and queer identities. We are inviting volunteers to give a 5 – 7 minute presentation on one of their passions. This can be in the format of a slide show, musical performance, and so on. Anything from Pokemon to mycology. Maybe you’re a conspiracy theory person?! Tell us more! You don’t need to be both autistic and queer, just an ally to both communities. Please reach out to the Prairie Pride Guild of Medicine Hat with your name and subject if you would like to present.
The event will take place on Thursday April 2 from 6 – 7:30pm in the Legion Room of the Medicine Hat Public Library.
