Eating well for your brain is important for everyone, and especially for those who have increased mental load due to disability. Learn about key nutrients that ultimately impact mood and behaviour from Registered Dietitian and Neurodivergent Nutritionist, Kelly Reinprecht.

Kelly Reinprecht is a neurodivergent momma to neurodivergent kiddos and has been working as a Registered Dietitian for 14 years. She is a fierce advocate for those living with disabilities and their caregivers and is skilled at navigating programs and services. Her practice, Helpful Nutrition & Health Navigation, is based in Edmonton, Alberta, and offers in home visits as well as virtual consultations. She has a passion for providing practical advice that takes the “stressing and guessing” out of eating. Kelly firmly believes that everyone deserves to know the facts about food and nutrition so that they can have the opportunity to eat their best.
