- Housing & Living Arrangements: Exploring supportive independent living, group homes, and Family Managed Supports (FMS).
- Promoting Autonomy & Choice: Supporting self-determination and honoring individual communication styles.
- Addressing “What-Ifs”: Safeguarding care continuity, legal planning (guardianship/trusteeship), and creating living guidance plans.
